Neither consumer listed here is reachable from `CometMapInBatchExec` today: - `getByteArrayRdd` in `operators.scala` has no callers. - A Comet broadcast requires every child to be a `CometNativeExec`, and `CometMapInBatchExec` is not one. - `EliminateRedundantTransitions` inserts `CometMapInBatchExec` after `CometExecRule` has run, so its output always goes through a row transition. The `getFieldVector` rejection is real, but it stays latent until mapInArrow output can feed a native operator or a broadcast. The note about #5051 is also stale, since #5051 has merged.
