Thanks for opening this discussion issue! I am OK with continuing the `iceberg-datafusion` crate and versioning. Note, we are still planning a final minor release 0.11 so if that crate is the long-term home, this repository should start from 0.12. I'd be interested in hearing some of the longer-term maintainers opinions on how to move forward, either with the old crate or something new. I raised at the iceberg-rust sync today that we should add pointers from the Iceberg Rust project to the this crate's new home (this repository). I'd also like to update the crate's README as part of the 0.11 release to mention this move (so people aren't just stuck with 0.11 and not knowing where to go for updates). I'll link to this repository only as we don't know where the crate will be, and just state that 0.11 will be the last release governed by the Iceberg project and to check this repository for information on future releases. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
