### Describe the bug
Some SQL dialects do not support `random` but support `rand` (MySqlDialect,
BigQueryDialect).
### To Reproduce
```rust
let ctx = SessionContext::new();
let plan = ctx.sql("select random()").await?.into_unoptimized_plan();
let unparser = Unparser::new(&MySqlDialect {});
println!("{}", unparser.plan_to_sql(&plan)?);
```
### Expected behavior
Convert `random()` to `rand()` for some dialects.
