Rebased onto the #5533 fused Top-K/AQE fix and carried its Spark 3.5-compatible projection/offset regression into this stack. The current head is 8ec0da7af711442b8c540ed0eb21f95dcc409b9c, which also addresses the latest FilterExec admission comment. Validation: all ten shared evaluation-mask tests and 25 focused planner/next_day/levenshtein tests pass on Spark 4.1.3. Strict Spark 3.5.9 main/test compilation and both new filter regressions pass.
