### What is the problem the feature request solves? Once the board adopts the resolution establishing Apache Comet, we need to set up the new project and move Comet's infrastructure, releases, and documentation over from DataFusion. This list is based on the one DataFusion used when it graduated from Arrow (apache/datafusion#9691). Most of these tasks cannot start until the resolution passes. ### Describe the potential solution **ASF and infrastructure** - [ ] Set up the PMC and committer rosters in Whimsy, and make sure every PMC member is subscribed to [email protected] - [ ] Request the dev@, private@, commits@, and [email protected] mailing lists through https://selfserve.apache.org - [ ] File an INFRA ticket to rename apache/datafusion-comet to apache/comet - [ ] Update `.asf.yaml`: notification addresses, homepage, and labels; remove `publish.subdir`; update the merge queue bypass team - [ ] Publish the documentation at https://comet.apache.org, and redirect https://datafusion.apache.org/comet to it - [ ] Check that the website has the links the ASF requires (https://whimsy.apache.org/site/) - [ ] Set up https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/comet and https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/comet with a KEYS file - [ ] Add a DOAP file so the project appears on https://projects.apache.org **Releases and packaging** - [ ] Update `dev/release` and the release process guide for the new mailing list, dist paths, repository name, and Apache Reporter project - [ ] Decide whether to change the Maven groupId from `org.apache.datafusion`.
