## Which issue does this PR close? - Part of #30. ## Rationale for this change #30 proposes keeping the crate's original crates.io name, `iceberg-datafusion`, so that releases continue its existing version line. `datafusion-iceberg` collides on crates.io with the unrelated `datafusion_iceberg` crate. The first release from this repository should be 0.12.0. ## What changes are included in this PR? Two commits: 1. **Rename the crate back to `iceberg-datafusion`** (library `iceberg_datafusion`). The change is mechanical: manifests, `Cargo.lock`, `use` paths in code, tests and doc examples, and the crate name in `README.md` and `AGENTS.md`. Repository URLs are unchanged. 2. **Set the workspace version to 0.12.0.** Split out of #32, which adds the release tooling. ## How are these changes tested? `cargo fmt --check` and `cargo clippy --all-targets --workspace -- -D warnings` are clean, and the existing unit, integration, sqllogictest and playground tests pass. The pushdown test files that read the Git LFS taxi fixture fail locally because `git-lfs` isn't installed here; they are unaffected by this change. Nothing was ever published as `datafusion-iceberg`, so no released version changes.
