I had codex do an investigation on this, take it with a grain or two of salt: `Q17 investigation completed: dynamic filters reject 99.90% of rows when Parquet row filtering is enabled; costly partitioned CASE evaluation and inflated cardinality estimates explain poor performance. SF10 benchmarks validated results, with shared build tables reducing median time from 657 to 276 ms.
