Closing this. After #26654, the shared helper here is wrong for order-preserving repartitions: with `keeps_order` it keeps every input ordering, but after a merge of several partitions only the merge key holds. I'll handle merges together with the other partition-scope rules, in a larger change to how equivalence properties record where each fact holds. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
