It looks like [is_nullable](https://docs.rs/datafusion/latest/datafusion/logical_expr/trait.ScalarUDFImpl.html#method.is_nullable) & `return_type` can be used to specific the datatype and nullability of the scalar udf. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
