In the documentation the signature seems there can only be one expression?
`to_timestamp(expression[, ..., format_n])`
`to_timestamp('2020-09-08T12:00:00+00:00', '2020-09-08 12/00/00+00:00',
'%c', '%+', '%Y-%m-%d %H/%M/%s%#z')`
The query has 2 expressions and 3 follow on chrono format
