Hi, I am working on moving `InformationSchema` into the `datafusion-catalog`. This would require moving `core/src/datasource/streaming.rs` (`StreaminTable`) to some place out of the core, I think moving it to `datafusion-catalog` should work fine since that's where the orignal `TableProvider` resides.
