This would require moving `core/src/datasource/streaming.rs` (`StreaminTable`) to some place out of the core, I think moving it to `datafusion-catalog` should work fine since that's where the orignal `TableProvider` resides. So, that's what I am going ahead with, in the meantime let me know if you think otherwise.
