Looks like this issue still persist in DataFusion CLI v46.0.1, and this
behaviour is not the same it is in postgresql.
In datafusion:
```
select cast('1' as int);
+-----------+
| Utf8("1") |
+-----------+
| 1 |
+-----------+
1 row(s) fetched.
```
In postgres:
```
select cast('1' as int);
int4
------
1
(1 row)
```
