### Describe the bug While looking at how datafusion publishes to homebrew, i came across the release instructions [here](https://github.com/apache/datafusion/blob/ab5edc975d9cc6aa36c9e9eb77b51ebc85a10f27/dev/release/README.md?plain=1#L295-L337) and the release script [here](https://github.com/apache/datafusion/blob/ab5edc975d9cc6aa36c9e9eb77b51ebc85a10f27/dev/release/publish_homebrew.sh#L45). Looking at the `homebrew-core` repo, the datafusion library version looks to be automatically bumped, https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pulls?q=is%3Apr+datafusion+is%3Aclosed So we probably dont need those instructions and script above.
