Right.
For `Array(elementType = Struct(PrimitiveType)`, `hasKnownIssues` would
return `false`
For `Map(..., valueType=Struct(PrimitiveType)`, `hasKnownIssues` would
return `true`
Is that what is intended? Not sure why that would be the case, tbh.
