### Describe the bug There are some ssues with the documentation site that we should resolve before the 0.10.0 release - Since supporting multiple versions of the user guide, the original user guide pages no longer exist, causing 404 errors when linked to from other places, such as LinkedIn posts - There are some broken links within the documentation sites - There are numerous sphix warnings when creating the site ### Steps to reproduce _No response_ ### Expected behavior _No response_ ### Additional context _No response_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
