My suggested next step is to Decide if we have the effort / motivation to see it through (I am willing to help review, organized, and build consensus, as I think it is a foundational piece of DataFusion) If we do want to proceed, I think the first thing we should do is figure out how we will eventually unify the existing APIs that have overlap (specifically `PruningPredicate` and `PhysicalExpr::evalute_bounds`, possibly the propagate statistics code too) I think as long as there is a realistic way towards a unified framework we can then start pounding out the code -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
