> all i want is to get the filenames when i read a folder of csv, json etc :) I think there's pretty good precedent for that - maybe something like github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/9117 using an extension type marker but in DataFusion e.g. in `ParquetOpener` or `FileScanConfig?
