Personally I don't agree with this view. All my repos are public and I  
don't plan on having private repos, and I'm well below my quota, but I  
still pay the cheapest plan because GitHub'ers can't provide this  
service without revenue streams.

But I can afford the $7/month, its like having an extra lunch per  
month, and others just might not.

Just don't equate price to features you get. On some projects, price  
should also answer:

  * are you more productive by having the tool?
  * if the tool would disapear, would you miss it, or could you just  
move to another one?

Some projects/tools are worth paying for.

Right now, I just wished they had 6 or 12 months payments.
