I already said: I succeeded doing so at work but it was still slow.

At home I can't do it at all. Yesterday it managed to start cloning
but hung up on 18% (it took about 40 minutes to reach 18%, btw).
And today I get a connection timeout / unable to connect to socket.

Again, yes, I have tried cloning the rails repos. No response from
them also.
