Dipen,

Github its self is not well suited for 'project management' in a
general sense, but there is a wiki and an issue tracker but no
milstones, etc... You could do something with the issue tracker +
planning in the wiki to achieve what your looking for.

You  would probably be better served looking at any of the many dozens
of project management tools + github as your source repository.
