Makes `benchmark_HdrParse` warn when a `--corpus-dir` directory is missing or cannot be read, and skip a directory entry whose type cannot be read instead of exiting on an uncaught `filesystem_error`. A missing `--corpus-file` already produced a warning, but a missing directory produced none, so a mistyped path gave a run over the built-in cases only with nothing to say the corpus was not loaded. Also corrects the comment that says which cases must parse fully, and qualifies `isspace`/`isprint` with `std::` in `test_URL.cc`.
