Correction to my earlier reply: `_raw_extension_types = {}` resolves to the
`initializer_list` assignment, which keeps the existing buffer (confirmed with
g++ and clang: capacity stays 50). `_clear()` now uses
`std::vector<int>().swap(_raw_extension_types)`, which does release it.
