Thanks @JosiahWI , I have made the relevant changes for the gold tests. I hope they are complete. As for the configuratoin converter, I looked at `ConvertConfigCommand::convert_ssl_multicert()` and the parser and marshaller. From what i've understood neither handles anything related to `dest_ip`.
