The AuTest to Uranium migration left gaps that let regressions pass silently. Procedural tests ignored ERROR and unrecognized-configuration lines in diags.log, config reload tests slept for fixed intervals instead of waiting for the reload to finish, several converted tests dropped assertions, and sandbox name collisions under xdist crashed the run. Docs, the Ubuntu Dockerfile and unused gold files still referred to AuTest. This patch restores the default diags checks for procedural ATS processes, with disable_log_checks on the tests whose originals also relaxed them, and waits for the root reload task to reach a terminal status. Colliding sandbox names now fail the affected items at setup, and the dropped assertions are restored. This change also updates the docs and Dockerfile for Uranium and removes replay and gold files that no test references.
