The documentation coverage of the inkevent API boundary is improving. The queue data structures are exposed to the public API boundary through public `EThread` fields that should be internal. Although it is not necessarily a bad idea to document the queue APIs, it shouldn't be within the scope of documenting the inkevent boundary. This patch uses friend classes to make the queue state internal, so that it is no longer exposed to users of the inkevent API. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
