Not picked because 10.2.x already has their content: #13884, #13895 (empty pick) and #13914 (its changes came from the 10.2.x backport review). #13939 only changes master's required checks in `.asf.yaml`. ### Adaptations - **#13891**: `test_tls_resumption_scope.py` keeps 10.2.x's zero-count check and takes the change to read the log while ATS runs. - **#13753**: `test_metrics` is registered with `add_urtest_plugin`. Its AuTest is master's converted `test_stats_over_http_compression.py`; 10.2.x already had the `cont_count.py` and `fetch_stats.py` helpers. - **#13754**: - `test_stats_over_http_compression.py` is master's file at #13754. It also carries the part of #13936 that was skipped when 10.2.x lacked the file. - The upgrading notes go in a new *Changes in 10.2.2* section rather than under the `upgrading-to-10x` label. - The plugin docs no longer cite `remap.yaml`, and `test_stats_over_http_prometheus_rules_reload_yaml` is dropped, since 10.2.x has no `remap.yaml`. - `plugins/stats_over_http` matches master at #13754 byte for byte. ### Known issue With #13891's 1 s log flush, `test_h3_python_client` can read its access log before every entry is written. It fails 4 of 5 runs in a Fedora 44 container, on master as well. Tracked in #13969. ### Testing Fedora 44 container (`ci-fedora-urtest`): build clean, ctest 189/189. Full urtest suite: 1204 passed, 27 skipped, 4 failed: - `test_stats_over_http_prometheus_rules_reload_yaml`: the `remap.yaml` case, since removed. - `test_thread_config`: fails the same way on unmodified 10.2.x in this container. - `at_headers` and `test_config_reload_full_smoke`: both pass when rerun on their own.
