URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/14012
`test_stats_over_http_remap_intercept` and
`test_stats_over_http_task_render` fail when Traffic Server is built with
`-DENABLE_MALLOC_ALLOCATOR=ON`:
```
count-before exited with status 1; expected [0].
Continuations in use after 30 s: no memory dump, baseline None
```
`cont_count.py` reads the `memory/INKContAllocator` row from the free-list
dump that `proxy.config.dump_mem_info_frequency` writes to `traffic.out`. With
the malloc allocator, `ClassAllocator`s are not free lists, so the dump
contains only the `ioBufAllocator` rows and the count never appears. CI builds
with the free-list allocator, so it doesn't see this.
`test_stats_over_http_compression` already skips its continuation count in
this case. This change applies the same
`ats.has_feature("TS_USE_MALLOC_ALLOCATOR")` guard to the other two tests.
Everything else in each test still runs, and free-list builds keep the leak
check.
Tested with a malloc-allocator build: both tests now pass (they failed
before). This should also go to 10.2.x, which has the same tests.
