There now appears to be two gitlab IRC services. http://feedback.gitlab.com/forums/176466-general/suggestions/4864561-adding-new-service-hook-same-as-github-already-ha It would be nice to see something as simple as this directly integrated into Gitlab, just as the other Chat Services are.
