Hey guys,

I've done a lot of IRC related stuff lately with Ruby and wouldn't mind
taking a stab at this integration as mentioned by Nicholas, but I could use
some comments on how people expect it to look / work. (I asked the same in
the feedback thread).

If I could get a little input from people I'd be glad to work on this.
