Which seems to indicate that
/home/git/gitlab/vendor/bundle/ruby/1.9.1/gems/charlock_holmes-0.6.9.4/lib/charlock_holmes/charlock_holmes.so

is missing

But executing this line:
ls -alrt
/home/git/gitlab/vendor/bundle/ruby/1.9.1/gems/charlock_holmes-0.6.9.4/lib/charlock_holmes/charlock_holmes.so

Gives this result:
-rwxr-xr-x 1 git git 534815 Jun 24 2013
/home/git/gitlab/vendor/bundle/ruby/1.9.1/gems/charlock_holmes-0.6.9.4/lib/charlock_holmes/charlock_holmes.so

Which rather suggests that the file is there.

This on an Ubuntu 14.04 installation (just upgraded yesterday) that has
been running gitlab since version 2.9

Any ideas?
