Actually, I convinced him at the time that we should use "rake db:setup"
instead of "rake db:migrate". But there are some feed data on which the
team creation depends, that are created while using migrations.
Maybe it should update the documentation again until Gitorious fixes
this issue.

Although my primary choice probably wouldn't be Ubuntu, I think Christian's
install guide for Ubuntu
(http://cjohansen.no/en/ruby/setting_up_gitorious_on_your_own_server) is the
most painless way to get started.
