Well, Since I had no response, I made another DB backup and proceeded to do the following:
mysql> delete from favorites where favorites.id=28; mysql> delete from comitterships where committerships.id=28; mysql> flush privileges; The Flush was probably not necessary, but the other two certainly were. Once I removed those, my dashboard and other stuff started working again! Horray!
