Thank you very much for your feedback and suggestions!

I were facing this problem (and sent corresponding email) quite some
time ago. Since I were using the gitorious.org (not my local
installation), I got the help from gitorious.org admins and were never
curious enough to find out what was the actual reason.

Never the less, I am *really* appreciate that you spent your time and
efforts summarizing your solution and posted it here. It is not just
nice step but I think it is very important example how the open-source
community should work and how to use joint experience to move ahead
faster. I wish everybody will behave the same way! Thank you very much
for it. Really!
