I'm not suggesting we release it today.  I'm suggesting we merge it down, fix 
outstanding issues, and then release.

It's so far ahead of what's shipping now.  Most people I know are using it.  
There's some merit in discussing every single commit on the list, but I don't 
think it's practical.  Nobody seems to have the time for it.  I'd rather adopt 
the great work other people are doing and clean it up for release than be a 
stickler for process.
