e-GOVERNANCE FOR DEVELOPMENT

Two new online reports are available from IDPM, University of Manchester

The first - 'Understanding e-Governance for Development' - explores the
scope, benefits, real-world cases, and challenges of e-governance.

The second - 'Building e-Governance for Development' - presents a
framework for implementing e-governance including discussion of
underlying principles, priorities and risks.

Together, the reports present a comprehensive guide to e-governance. 
They come with related online educators' guides for those wishing to use
the papers in seminars, workshops, etc.
