With regard to these specific language challenges, if there are no suitable templates listed at <http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Language_templates>, then it may be a good question to raise at the Commons village pump. You may have to opt for the nearest suitable match, or leave it as English and prefix the quoted text with an explanation (which is the sort of "solution" I have settle for with ancient languages, such as ancient Greek).
