Hi all, Preparing a new batch upload of video's. This time around there are also a number of videos that we previously uploaded in SD and now have available in HD. When attempting to upload using the toolset i get and error message when I hit 'preview batch': "Copy uploads are not available from this domain" I get this message regardless of whether I tick the box: "Re-upload media from URL"
Any suggestions on how to proceed? Much appreciated.
