I double checked the whitelist for gwtoolset. The url you're using is: http://openbeelden.nl/files/06/51/805986.651457.WEEKNUMMER800-HRE0001D36D_1181000_1440000.webm
*.openbeelden.nl is on the whitelist, which includes things like www.openbeelden.nl (or anything.openbeelden.nl). But it doesn't include just plain openbeelden.nl. Could you use http://www.openbeelden.nl/files/06/51/805986.651457.WEEKNUMMER800-HRE0001D36D_1181000_1440000.webm for the url instead? If you really need just plain openbeelden.nl with no subdomain, then you'll have to file a request to have it added to the whitelist.
