Happy-1.3 isn't included in ghc-2.07-sparc-sun-solaris2.tar.gz, although
it's part of ghc-2.07-src.tar.gz.

Happy-1.3's documentation is out of date. That's bad, because the
%newline-feature has gone away, and a new mechanism that may be included,
isn't documented.
