That's the way to do it - thanks for trying it out and
reporting back. I've uploaded the new installer to haskell.org
and adjusted the link on the downloads page to point to it
instead.

btw, this installer should also behave better with non-English
versions of Windows, adding GHC to the localised name of
the Programs folder on the startup menu.

It's o with a slash -- grew up in a 7 bit world and have yet
to bother upgrading :)
