 Hello,
 I was referring to the condition that GHC used to implement in version
 6.4.  There is a brief description at: http://hackage.haskell.org/trac
 /haskell-prime/wiki/FunctionalDependencies (in the section "GHC and
 Hugs").  There is a more detailed discussion that uses the name "Weak
 Coverage Condition" in Section 6.1 of "Understanding functional
 dependencies via Constraint Handling Rules".
