#1515: Nightly installer does not setup .hs/.lhs icons property

When I installed the 6.7 nightly I lost the pretty icons for .lhs/.hs
files. I'm not sure if it failed to create the registry keys, or failed
to copy the .ico file over.
I did this on another machine, and don't have disk space to test on any of
my other machines. I'll add more detail to this bug report in a few days.
