Now I am confused. I do indeed have a fix in the works for TIATest, which
Wolfram reported by email only.
BUT this ticket originally referred to a big 'hets' system. So, do we
have any reason to suppose that the two are connected? After all, setting
`-XPartiallyAppliedClosedTypeSynonyms` didn't fix the hets thing,
apparently.
