 There's nothing invalid about absolute-path references (/path/to/html) is
 there?  Is the problem the lack of encoding?  Maybe Cabal should be
 converting Windows paths to unencoded URLs for the first parameter of
 --read-interface, and Haddock should be doing the percent-encoding.
