Comment:
GHC now ships with only a small set of packages, namely those required to
bootstrap GHC itself. To get a wider range of packages, you should
install the [http://hackage.haskell.org/platform/ Haskell Platform]. The
current Haskell Platform release comes with editline it seems, but I would
recommend installing Haskeline instead.
