Nobody is suggesting that you are making stuff up, or that the problem
doesn't exist. On the contrary we rely on users reporting bugs, and it's
incredibly helpful that you do.
It's just that if we can't reproduce a problem we can't fix it. That
doesn't mean there's no problem; it just means its' a problem we don't
have a way to fix. Perhaps "wontfix" (because can't reproduce) would have
been a better setting than "invalid" for the "resolution" field in such
cases.
GHC's Trac has indeed been flaky for a week or two. I'm sorry about that.
Happily we are now running on a brand new machine, so things should be
much better now.
