OK fine. Making `-fdicts-strict` work properly is on my radar anyway, and
it should not be hard to make it a dynamic flag. But I'm really busy at
the moment with the new typechecker, and this dicts-strict stuff is not a
show-stopper for anyone, so it won't happen right away.
