 Im afraid I don't get the idea.  Can you give a concrete example?  (Ie
 some Haskell code that generates inefficient Core, and why dicts-strict
 woudl help.)

 Evaluating dictionaries strictly won't change how many dictionaries are
 evaluated, will it?
