You're right, sorry. The reasons I think this is bug is not really worth
keeping open are:
* hasktags is not in GHC repository (and so not really part of GHC)
* it doesn't seem to be developed anymore
* there are ghctags and ghc -e :ctags (or :etags)
* there was no progress on the ticket for 3 years
So it just seems to me that this ticket is not going to be solved anyway
and there is no value in keeping it open. But if anyone thinks it's worth
having it around for some more time, I have absolutely no problem with
that.
